  • Incentives up to $8,000 per building for an on-site energy assessment. An annual maximum limit of $40,000 per housing provider applies.

  • Up to $200,000 in incentives when upgrading to an energy-efficient boiler, water heater, make-up air unit and other HVAC equipment.
  • Free in-suite upgrades—showerheads and heat reflector panels.
